Return Approval Process
- Prior Return Approval Required
- Receipt or proof of purchase (Including order number & name associated with the original purchase).
- Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Certain products, such as customized items or those specified as non-returnable at the time of purchase, are not eligible for return.
- Clarification of the reason for the return request.
- Return request must be approved before returning the items.
- A return label will be emailed to you with a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 24 hours. You need to download and print the return label at no cost.
Return Shipping Cost
Scooter Life Canada will be responsible for return shipping charges when returning your goods. Customer no need to bear return shipping expenses.
Order Cancellation
Scooter Life Canada cannot accept order cancellations after delivery. Please notify us within 3-4 hours after making your purchase if you desire to cancel.
